What do you do before bed? Do you have a routine? Do you get sucked into your e-mail or social media?
I’ve been trying my best, even though it’s hard to get out of habits, to put the phone down and do some reading as I snuggle into bed at night. It helps to relax my mind instead of increase stimulation, and it relaxes my body before falling asleep.
