CHALLENGE: Unplug from your cell phone and electronics at a set time each night. Get into this habit so you can start to wind down in the evenings. BIGGER CHALLENGE: Unplug for an entire weekend, and you’ll feel like you are on a vacation at home. {I guarantee it} 🔌
