We tend to make everything too difficult these days. We get absorbed into our challenges, and we overthink things or try to walk a straight line as we strive for perfection. Then we wonder why life gets so complicated, why our mind feels the tension as if it’s a lemon being squeezed of juice. And then our body starts hurting because when there is tension in our minds, there is tension in our body (Do a quick check-in: Is your jaw clenched? Are your shoulders tense?) Relax the body. Breathe. And with that breath, let go of your worries, let go of your fears, and come back to the present moment. Choose to be simple; don’t complicate things. Surrender to your experience. This is called living.
