What makes you feel stuck? Sometimes our mental habits make us feel like we are restricted, but it’s actually just our thoughts making it seem that way.
For me, I notice I feel stuck when I am afraid of something in the future, afraid of something not quite working out the way I want it to, or of not knowing how to plan for a potential challenge or obstacle that may arise. I feel blocked in, like there are no options. Like looking at a puzzle with an empty space and a piece missing. But when I stop myself and catch on to these mental restrictions, I notice that my fears take root in a future that isn’t even here yet. And that space in the puzzle? The missing piece is exactly the space in the present moment, the here and the now, waiting to unfold.
