Filling your plate with colorful fruits and veggies helps you get a variety of nutrients and vitamins to help you stay healthy, BUT the benefits don’t just stop there. Filling a plate with fruits & veggies, adding some bulk to your meals, also crowds out other food items that may be less healthy for you. Which means less medical bills later.
