Cheers to water!💦 I’ve struggled with drinking enough water each day for what seems like forever. It never tasted good until I was really thirsty and already dehydrated.
Find ways to fit it in during the day, drinking more water early on in the day and easing up towards evening so you don’t disturb your sleep cycle by having to wake up and go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
What’s been working for me is carrying this bottle around with me, to work, in my car, to yoga class- it’s there and available, and seeing it reminds me to drink water. I also drink hot lemon water (made with a freshly squeezed lemon) to begin my day to help with my digestion. And I especially enjoy water infused with some refreshing fruits or veggies like cucumber, lime, grapefruit, orange, or strawberries. Yum!
