Break it Down

Time Talk Tip #5: Break big projects down into smaller steps. Try focusing on 3 little projects every day, doing the toughest one first to get it out of the way early on. Anything extra you get done can just be a bonus! Be grateful for the little things you get done and the progress you make each day. During and inbetween those little projects, infuse your day with time and space by simply remembering to b r e a t h e.
