Time Talk Tip #3: Write down what you did today. Notice where you spend most of your time and where you spend your least amount of time.
Is it at work? With people? Alone? Doing something relaxing? Driving? Exercising? Spending time on something you enjoy? On Facebook or Instagram? Doing something you feel obligated to do, but don’t really want to? Listening to music? Doing chores? Errands? Taking care of the kids? Playing with the pets?
THE BIG QUESTION IS: Are you happy with how you are creating your time?
