Avocados are super high in oleic acid which is a monounsaturated fatty acid making them heart-healthy! This healthy fat can also help your body absorb more nutrients as some nutrients are fat soluble and actually need fat in order to be absorbed. They are also loaded with fiber, potassium and antioxidants, and contain nearly 20 vitamins and minerals.
