What is your relationship with time? How do you talk about it? Is it negative or positive talk?
I’ve been noticing lately that I talk a lot about how I have so many things to do that there doesn’t seem to ever be enough time. My time in the evenings after work goes so fast. And before I know it, it’s bed time. Sometimes, I don’t have enough time to exercise, or enough time to do all the things on my To-Do list for the day. My time off on the weekend seems to fly by and goes so fast while my time during the work week seems to go so slow.
What can we do to change how we talk about and perceive time?
