Desk Yoga for the Hips

Hips are tight from sitting behind a desk too long? Good news is, you can stretch in the office with this Seated variation of Reclined Pigeon pose. Plant the Left foot on the ground with the ankle directly aligned under the knee. Then cross the Right ankle over the Left thigh. Add a little bit of pressure on the Right knee. Then switch sides!
