Back to Work on Monday – Focus on the Good, Stress Less

Going back to work on Monday can be tough, but trying to focus on the postive aspects of your job can help lessen that struggle. Take a moment right now to think of one thing about your job that you are grateful for. Maybe it’s your coworkers? The financial means it provides for your family? For being able to take those vacations and see new things? For feeling productive during the day? For me, I am grateful for the flexibility to work from home on Mondays. Remember what you are grateful for when you are struggling to make it through the week or starting to complain about your job. Focus on the good, stress less.
