Where oh where did I go for the last week??
Maybe you noticed I was a bit MIA from blogging. I was just taking a good ol’ break. I promised myself that I would take a break for the week during the Thanksgiving holiday.
Taking a break might sound wasteful, lazy, not productive.. right?
Well, it just so happens that taking a break is a GOOD thing. It doesn’t need to be for an entire week or even for hours at a time. Sometimes just 10 minutes will do.
Take a break from an unhealthy habit, your phone or e-mails, homework or your work (don’t skip that lunch break!). Take a moment to get away. Make some personal time for you.
You deserve it.
Let’s repeat that- You deserve it.
Unplug, disconnect, shut down, and then restart.
