Take a moment to set an intention this morning.  An intention for today. And follow it throughout your week.

Maybe it is a word, a short phrase. Keep it positive. Allow it to evolve.~*~*

Check in. Come back to it every evening or when times get tough to help you stay focused, grounded and connected.

It’s the starting point of every goal and every dream. Put the intention out there and follow it. See where it leads.
