Self Care is one of the most overlooked and most important things you can do for yourself.

It very easily gets lost in the hustle bustle of daily life while you aim to meet goals, deadlines, and check off items on your Things to Do List.

What also gets lost? Your health.

Lack of self care gives rise to health issues in the short- and long- term. You get sick, the body doesn’t work like it used to, your mind becomes unfocused and foggy.

It involves what you digest, using all of those five senses, what you do and what you think.
